I love Lakeside Inn

The charming rear entrance to Lakeside Inn.

The Lakeside Inn, located in Lakeside Michigan has been a retreat for me the last four years. I make the trip from Chicago several times a year to get away from it all. Being a writer, it allows me the kind of setting I need to focus on my works.

The charming setting, and laid back atmosphere, are the perfect combination too inspire creativity. The inn is located close to wonderful restaurants and they have a private beach accross the street.

I highly recommend it for the perfect weekend escape.
