Boyne Mountain Michigan

The Boyne Resorts

Located southeast of Charlevoix and Petoskey, the Boyne Mountain lodge has a European feel. The hotel rooms, houses and chalets all have an Austrian theme. You'll find twelve restaurants for quick snacks or gourmet meals. They also have Michigan's largest indoor water park.

Outside of Harbor Springs is spectacular Boyne Highlands. You can stay on the slopes or in a romantic Alpine Village room. You will also find plenty of restaurants to satisfy any appetite.

The lifts will take you to 55 downhill runs. If you love cross country skiing or snow shoeing there are plenty of scenic trails.

Nub's Nob

Outside Harbor Springs you will find Nub's Nob. With 53 slopes and trails and a wonderful day lodge, this is affordable skiing at its best.

The Homestead

Spectacular views and first rate accomodations await you at the Homestead resort. You'll have access to 16 runs with 5 lifts to get you around. A park pass is required (Sleeping Bear Dunes) but not to worry as they are available at the Homestead reception center. They also offer ski and snowboard equipment for rental.

Mount Holiday in Traverse City provides affordable winter fun. With 12 runs they offer 2 lifts to get you up the slopes.

Hickory Hills in Traverse City has 8 runs with 5 rope tows. They offer night skiing on 7 of the runs and on one of the cross country trails. Contact the Park and Recreation service at 231-922-4910 for more information. This is a small but fun park!
